What People Think About Us

Testimonials from previous clients, in their own words.

Ben C in Birtstall

Tony is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Always very polite, friendly and very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone with a running issue. I took up running last year, but quickly had issues with very tight muscles. Tony has guided me back to (and continues to) feeling confident with running with very few issues now. 5 star all the way!

Tony is a calm and patient man who listens, observes and cares about you as an individual. He has given me sound advice, great excises to continue at home and has been understanding throughout. Thanks to you, Tony, I now understand WHY I have the back problems that I do, and I’m hopeful for my future health. Thoroughly recommend.
